Viktor's mother was a member of a high-class family in Serbia, who had been bitten by a werewolf one night, and had thus been cast out of the family due to her increasingly animalistic behavior. In an attempt to escape her shamed life in Serbia, she left for America 1981, reestablishing herself in the Red Hook area of New York City. Due to her lack of funds and inability to hold down steady work, she resorted to thievery as a means to acquire what she needed. A few years after arriving in the city, she was raped by a passing mugger, and became pregnant. She gave birth to a baby boy, Viktor, who had inherited her abilities as a werewolf. 4 years after the child's birth, she was attempting to rob a corner store when the owner caught her, before promptly shooting and killing her.
Left without a guardian, Viktor was forced to defend himself for much of his life, which turned him into an angry, bitter man, harboring a deep grudge against the entire world. Around the age of 20, he assembled other like-minded werewolves and formed the Red Hook Pack, a group which would become infamous among wakers for their brutality and bloodlust.
| [cs=2]- CLAW RETRACTION. While in human form, Viktor is able to manifest claws from the tips of his fingers. His above-average regeneration ability allows the skin on the tip of his fingers to mend themselves with relative quickness once the claws are retracted once again.
- ENHANCED CONDITION. Much like other weres, Viktor has far more keen physical abilities than the average human, although not quite at godlike levels. He possesses the reflexes, agility and senses of a wolf, and is able to withstand an increased amount of punishment. He also has strength that overshadows that of the typical person, although he is unable to perform extreme feats of strength such as bench pressing a train. Additionally, any external damage heals slightly more quickly than that of the average person, but internal injuries remain. He has the balance of the average housecat and has a natural affinity for tasks that require fine motor skills, such as lockpicking.
- ENHANCED COMBAT. As a werewolf, Viktor's natural enhanced strength, balance and agility allow him to be quite the fistfighter. While his technique is far from perfect, he's skilled enough to be a serious threat to an opponent.
- FOLLOWERS II. The Red Hook Pack is intensely loyal to Viktor, and are willing to go so far as to die for him and their cause if the need to do so arises.
- INFLUENCE II. He has absolute authority over his packmates, who fervently follow his every command. Additionally, the Red Hook Pack is infamous amongst wakers, well-known for their vicious nature and their kill-first-ask-questions-later mindset. Viktor in particular embodies this attitude, and is pretty feared throughout the city, giving him some amount of influence over some outside of the pack. His intimidation methods are rather effective over wakers and sleepers alike.
- POWERS I (FERAL MIND). Viktor has always had a nasty temper, but when pushed off the deep end, he goes into a feral state, increasing his strength, speed and durability to even further heights, but causing him to lose any sort of sense of self-preservation, as his only goal becomes to kill whoever or whatever it was that provoked him.
