She had always wanted to spend a day on a subway, listening to the people around her, not wanting to interact, but just listen. The girl had boarded at five am and was still sitting in the same spot at five pm. It would have been a good idea to get something to eat, but at the moment, she was too preoccupied with just watching and listening, that, and she knew her eyes were trying to drift shut and as they did, her head fell to the side.
For a moment, she thought, anyway, that she had fallen asleep, but once again she was looking around the train. Not seeing any more familiar faces, perhaps she had feel asleep a bit longer than she had thought. It didn't matter, the girl tried to stand for the next stop, but found herself stuck in the seat, unable to move. "what's this?" She whispered to herself, looking down at her body which seemed perfectly normal. Was gravity going against her?
Was she being forced down by gravity? Or was she dreaming? Arugh. She hated lucid dreaming! Especially when she couldn't control it! She really hoped someone would wake her up... Perhaps... She slowly moved her hand to the one that was next to her, hoping to squeeze it, but she wasn't even sure if there really was someone next to her in real life. She probably looked like a freak. But, if there was... She could freak them out into waking her up. So, grabbing on to them would have to do! Why couldn't she wake up in the first place? Was she really that tired? WAKE UP.
Darn it.
