| [atrb=width,100] | [cs=2] Raza is a cold, distant individual who spends most of his time entrenched in his work. Distractions could cost him his prey, or his life, so he doesn’t permit them. It would be different if one caught him during his down time…assuming he has down time. He speaks in quiet, short, rather monotone snippits when necessary. Rather robotic and lacking in emotional responses.
He does have the ability for bursts of emotion or reactions, it just takes a pretty spectacular event to get them to show. Whatever person he really is, it’s very meticulously buried under a thick veneer of apathy. He is very intelligent, skilled, and perceptive. Very little gets past him, he notices almost every detail.
One of the few things known about him is that he graduated from The Damodred School, and was part of Mu Omega during his short stint at Columbia. It’s also generally regarded as truth that he is a Medium of particular skill. Other than that, the guy doesn‘t ever talk about himself, and the Handlers don‘t either. | [cs=2]- WARDING. The school of magic he chose to concentrate on, Raza is quite competent in all the basic forms of warding and talisman making. What he truly applied himself to, however, was the binding aspect of wards. Much of his prey would be too much to handle if he did not have the knowledge necessary to immobilize or otherwise trap them. Powerful talismans also provide his otherwise human body with some degree of protection against that which he hunts.
- DEVIL‘S SIGHT. A permanent spell he crafted around his left eye. It’s main uses are seeing deep into both the Dreaming and the Gloaming to locate prey that has fled there, as well as allowing him temporary physical access to these worlds - unlike astral projection that he can do in his sleep, this ability allows him to physically interact with the other realms for ten heart beats and two steps (aka, a very short duration of time). It is also useful for tracking in the human realm - if he sees his prey, he can continue to ‘see’ them even through physical barriers and basic levels of glamour and other cloaking magic, though the range is limited so he must be able to keep up.
- WEAPONRY. Skill. Has an unnatural proficiency with almost all types of weapons, most notably blades (knives, swords, etc) and firearms (guns as well as bows/crossbows). Whatever will be the most effective at killing a creature, he learned to wield it as close to perfectly as he is able.
- ARSENAL I. His weapons collection is always growing, as he finds new and better ways to efficiently kill all manner of things.
- APOTHECARY I. He doesn’t do varied spell work, but he does need an assortment of ingredients for the complicated wards and bindings he comes up with, as well as the talismans used to help keep himself alive.
- LIBRARY I. Having knowledge at his finger tips is vital in his line of work. Going into a situation under informed can easily end in death.
- INFLUENCE I. Not so much influence as infamy, he’s already well known at being very good at what he does. It's enough to intimidate those weaker than himself into doing what he wants.
- SANCTUM I/II. Nobody knows where it is, and he likes to keep it that way. It‘s his one and only safe haven, and he pours a lot of spare time into reinforcing the wards protecting it.
